ALVAREZ COLOMBRES & GIANIBELLI - ABOGADOS law firm was founded by two lawyers with professional experience gained in an independent way and in the National Courts of Justice.

One of them, who is specialized in Commercial Law, got his experience in the National Courts in Commercial Matters, in the teaching field, and in his daily work as a lawyer.

The other one is a specialist in Labor Law –as regards both the law which regulates the relationships between employers and trade unions and the law applicable to employment and related matters– and has a prominent teaching and academic experience.

This association has made it possible to provide our clients with a complete legal service, comprising the major issues and problems within a company.

Accordingly, different departments have been created: Civil Law –focused on property law as well as family and successions issues-; Commercial Law –focused on Contracts, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Trademarks, Patents and Consumer Law-; and Labor Law.
